1. Colt McCoy- completed 21 of 29 passes for 317 yards, and two touchdowns as Texas romped ULM 59-20. Highlight of the night was his 78-yard touchdown pass to WR Jordan Shipley. Reasons for concern: Had an interception on a pass into double coverage and rushed for -3 yards.
2. Tim Tebow- Only played the first half, but completed 10-of-15 passes for 188 yards and a score. Also contributed with a 1 yd touchdown run. Highlight of the night was his 28-yard touchdown pass to TE Aaron Hernandez . Reasons for concern: Against Charleston Southern, and he only played a half.
3. Jahvid Best- ran for 137 yards on only 10 carries against Maryland for two touchdowns. Highlight of the night was his 73-yard scoring run where he juked two defenders and then made a Thomas Jones like cutback to the endzone. Reasons for concern: He will need more carries if he wants to have a chance at the Heisman.
4. Sam Bradford- Eliminated from the Heisman race due to injury.
